Review

The journal has a short introduction to Ayurveda and how to use the journal. I picked up an additional guide for Ayurveda. I haven’t started using this journal yet as I am just getting to know Ayurveda but I do like the simple lay out and feel like it’s going to work for someone like me who’s just trying something new out to see what it’s about and how they can incorporate that into a new daily routine.
